This March 2025, we’re throwing a month-long bash with epic guest shifts, wild parties, and unforgettable flavors. From world-renowned bartenders to culinary maestros, every night will be a masterclass in flavor, fun, and that unmistakable Neon Pigeon grit. Here’s what we’ve got lined up for the biggest party in our decade-long history:
1. Neon Pigeon x Maybe Sammy – 4th March 2025 (5:30 PM – Late)
Kicking off the festivities is a cocktail takeover from Sydney’s finest—Maybe Sammy, currently ranked #26 on the World’s 50 Best Bars 2024. Expect a night of boundary-pushing drinks crafted by Marco de Lazzari, alongside our signature urban Japanese menu. Maybe Sammy’s co-founder, Stefano Catino, will be in the house, bringing that signature flair and showmanship that has made the bar a global icon.
🎶 DJ ya5th will set the vibe, while the playlist flips to reflect Maybe Sammy’s playful, interactive style.
2. Neon Pigeon x SG Tavern– 13th March 2025 (5:30 PM – Late)
If you’re a fan of bold flavors and inventive drinks, you won’t want to miss this night. SG Tavern, the sister bar to Tokyo’s SG Club (ranked #23 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024), is flying in to bring their signature creativity to our kitchen and bar. Beverage Director Yuya Nagamine and Chef Atsushi 'Atsu' Furukawa will be collaborating on a one-night-only menu packed with surprises.

3. The 10-Year Anniversary Blowout – 22nd March 2025 (5:30 PM – Late)
Ten years of Neon Pigeon, one unforgettable night. We’re calling in the cavalry for this one: Neon Pigeon alumni from around the world are flying back to celebrate with us. The legends behind our early years—like Summer Chen from Vender Bar (Asia’s 50 Best Bars #30), Kai Ng from Quinary (Asia’s 50 Best Bars #26), and Justin Hammond, Neon’s first-ever chef—are teaming up for the ultimate izakaya reunion.

Wrapping up our anniversary month with a bang, we’re hosting the crew from Tokyo’s Bellwood Cave, sister bar to The Bellwood (ranked #34 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars). Atsushi Suzuki and Ayaka Terai are bringing their signature menu of elevated Japanese bar bites and creative cocktails.
This night is all about authentic izakaya culture with a Neon Pigeon twist—expect meticulously crafted drinks, bold flavors, and an atmosphere that captures Tokyo’s nightlife energy right here in Neon Pigeon.
