Can I purchase a gift voucher?

  • Do you have wheelchair access?
    Yes the venue is wheelchair accessible. Please let the host know you've arrived and then proceed to enter the venue via the Hive offices. This will avoid the single step up into the venue at the main entrance. Please note that there our bathroom is not wheelchair compliant and there is no direct wheelchair access/ramp from the street to the walkway in front of the restaurant, however, there is a nearby ramp.
  • Why do you need my credit card for reservations?
    A credit card authorisation of $25 per guest is required to confirm your reservation and to ensure that guests honour their reservations. Please note that this is not a deposit and you will only be charged in the case of a cancellation less than 24 hours prior to your reservation (longer times and amounts apply to special events and large group bookings), or a no-show on the day. No-shows and cancellations less than 24 hours before the reservation have a negative impact on our business, and deprives others of the opportunity to dine at the restaurant. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to our venue.

  • Is there an Age Policy?
    Neon Pigeon is only suitable for guests 18 and older
  • Where is the nearest public transportation?
    The closest MRT is Clarke Quay Station (approx. 3-5 min walk). The nearest Bus Stop is Opposite Clarke Quay Station (04239) (approx. 2-3 min walk)
  • Can I book a private event?
    Neon Pigeon is available for large group bookings, partial buyouts and full venue buyouts for both lunch and dinner. Please contact info@neonpigeonsg.com with your full name, contact number, date & time of your request, number of guests and what type of event you’re hosting. Our team will get back to you with availability and details.
  • Do you have outdoor seating?
    Neon Pigeon does not have outdoor seating.
  • Where is the nearest parking?
    There is an open air car park right opposite Neon Pigeon on Carpenter Street. Alternatively, The Riverwalk Building located on Upper Circular Road has an underground parking lot, which is 1 block from the restaurant.
  • Do you have high chairs?
    We do not. Neon Pigeon is only suitable for those 18 and older.
  • Do you cater to dietary requests?
    Some items on our menu can be customized to your dietary needs (i.e vegetarian, vegan, gluten free) or the team can suggest food on the night that can accommodate your dietary restriction. You may add your dietary needs to your guest profile through your booking confirmation email, or when making your online booking. In the case of severe allergies, we may be unable to accommodate your request. Management may decline service if they feel that they are unable to protect your health and well being effectively.
  • What is your corkage policy?
    Our corkage fees for standard reservations are: 1-1 for standard 750ml wine/champagne/sake only (no spirits) $150 for magnum (1.5L) wine/champagne only (no spirits) *NOTE: This policy foes not apply to group bookings. For large group bookings and private events, please contact info@neonpigeonsg.com
  • Can I bring my own cake for a special occasion?
    You are welcome to bring your own cake for your special occasion. We ask that you let us know in advance so we can be prepared by leaving us a note when making your online reservation, or if you’ve already made a reservation, by contacting us at info@neonpigeonsg.com with your details, including your full name, day & time of your booking and if you will be delivering the cake in advance.
  • Is Neon Pigeon Halal?
    Neon Pigeon sources Halal produce whenever possible, however we are not a Halal restaurant. Please note that Neon Pigeon serves both Pork and Alcohol.
  • Do you have a kids menu?
    We do not. Neon Pigeon is only suitable for guests 18 and older.
  • Can I book the venue for a photoshoot?
    Please contact info@neonpigeonsg.com for information on renting the space for photoshoots with your full name, date and details on your shoot, and one of our team will get back to you.
