Neon Pigeon is bringing Tokyo Street Food Elevated to Gastrobeats 2026 — because apparently regular festival food wasn’t enough.
From 5–28 June, the cult-favourite third culture izakaya takes over Booth F38 at Bayfront Event Space with a menu that turns familiar Japanese street food into something louder, richer and completely unhinged.
Think crispy karaage topped with Kaluga Queen caviar. Carbonara udon loaded with uni and black truffle. Wagyu smash burgers wrapped like old-school fast food but stacked with foie gras and A5 beef. Okonomiyaki fries built to flood your camera roll before you even take a bite.
Every dish is rooted in Tokyo street culture — then pushed far beyond festival expectations.
The experience extends beyond the food itself. A retro-inspired Happy Meal-style karaage box, custom Neon Pigeon udon cups and nostalgic burger wrappers transform the booth into a surreal fast food universe where premium ingredients meet chaotic convenience store energy.
